Game won't load from main menu

Hi,

My game crashed whilst trying to join another CMDR's ship and ever since I can't load into my game. I've selected everything from solo to open and all options melt away and I'm stuck looking at that background indefinitely.

I've tried restarting my Xbox, both hard and soft resets, since there's no way to clear the cache. The training missions all load fine, bit the main game gets stuck.

What do?

Any idea?

Please help.
